  • The activation process can take up to one hour. If you haven’t received an email after one hour it could be due to your mailserver. Please check that your mailserver hasn’t automatically market the message as spam. If the problem should continue, please contact us at admin@useabrand.com.
  • My username is not being accepted.

  • Please check that your desired username doesn’t include any spaces or special characters. Some special characters are not compatible with our web database.
  • I forgot my password.
    What can I do?

  • Click on the link ‘forgot your password?’ You will automatically be sent an email with your password security question. If you answer correctly, your will receive your password automatically in a new email.
  • I forgot my username.

  • Please send an email from your email address, with your name and password to our administrator

  • I registered more than one users.
    Why can I still only vote once?

  • The system is programmed as such, that it is difficult to do this in order to avoid cheating in the voting competitions.
